1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the TekDruid website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TekDruid provide remote IT support, digital marketing consultancy, and guidance for cyberbullying and online harassment. We also provide technical consulting for NGOs regarding compliance and collaboration tools.
3. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES
TekDruid is NOT an emergency response service. If you are in immediate physical danger, facing a life-threatening situation, or require immediate police intervention, please contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911, 999, 112) immediately.
4. Remote IT Support Terms
During remote support sessions:
- Backup Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take every precaution, TekDruid is not liable for data loss during troubleshooting.
- Explicit Consent: You must remain at your computer during the session and provide explicit consent for any major system changes.
- Confidentiality: We will never intentionally access or view personal files unrelated to the IT issue at hand.
5. Cyberbullying & Harassment Support
Our support for cyberbullying is technical and organizational in nature. We help with evidence collection, account security, and reporting processes. We are not legal counsel, law enforcement, or mental health professionals. Our guidance should be used in conjunction with professional advice where necessary.
6. Marketing & Ads Performance
While we apply industry best practices to all marketing campaigns, we do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or return on investment. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEKDRUID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TekDruid operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
